Last week we did a demo of http://www.gotomeeting.com for 20+ CPA's in Mission Valley, San Diego. The CPA's work across the US at customer sites and often need to setup status meetings quickly among employees and present Excel spreadsheets, Word documents & other applications that everyone can see and access. For them http://www.gotomeeting.com turned out to be the prefect tools for their needs. During the presentation we showed how each participant can be a presenter and get keyboard and mouse control over another participants PC/Laptop when the right permissions are given and accepted. http://www.gotomeeting.com is a great tool for having meetings across the Internet and sharing documents and applications among the participants on the fly. The customer immediately signed up for http://www.gotomeeting.com with the monthly subscription fee being around $49 for up to 15 concurrent participants.
